As a life-long resident of Oyster Bay, NY, I am active in clean water and open space protection issues.
I am 62 years old, single, with no children and currently live in the family home caring for my elderly mother. I also have a small apartment in Manhattan’s Chelsea neighborhood. Holding a Masters Degree in Interactive Telecommunications from New York University,I worked at MTV Networks, a division of Viacom for nearly 20 years in many capacities including International Marketing, Advertising Sales and Press Relations.
Currently, I am a part time marketing advisor to several start-up internet businesses. I have had a wide variety of adventures including sailing on a tall ship off Nova Scotia, managing a Goat Farm in California, and working as a bicycle Park Ranger on the Mt. Vernon Bike trail in Washington, DC.
In serving as an officer with the DBFA, I am following the example of my father, Eugene DuBois, who was a travel writer and President of the DBFA at the time of his death in 1975.  He was instrumental in raising funds to purchase the Fort and give it a new roof. I am descended from Jacques DuBois.
I have a Lifetime membership.
